Marriott engaged us to upgrade their brand sites experience. They had 30 brands in their portfolio, unified by their recently rebranded loyalty program, Marriott Bonvoy. But the brand sites needed a whole new foundation — one with unified functionality and improved efficiency, AND the design flexibility to support each of the unique brands that travelers know and love.
So, we built a WordPress platform that did all of that, for efficiency at scale. Integration with existing back-end services. Reusable functionality. A rich and flexible component library. And then we brought the brands to life through design and copy, in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Sites launched to date: their flagship brand Marriott Hotels & Resorts, JW Marriott, Residence Inn, Delta Hotels, AC Hotels and Autograph Collection.
